DIRECTIONS TO NEW LOCATION:

Follow directions below to Hanover Street, then:

·        Go straight down Hanover Street and turn left at the first light (Maplewood Ave)

·        Immediately on the left is the Vaughan Mall parking

·        As you enter the parking lot, I am the first building on the right (Portsmouth Health Food Offices)

·        The entrance is in back of the Portsmouth Health Food Store.

·        Go upstairs via stairwell or elevator to suite B

·        Upon arrival in the parking lot, please go to the kiosk to pay for your parking or you may receive a ticket.

From I-95:

  • Get off exit 7 towards downtown Portsmouth
  • At the bottom of the ramp take a right (unless you were coming from Maine, in which case take a left)
  • Get into the left lane and go straight ahead to your first stop sign
  • Turn right onto Hanover Street

From the Spaulding Turn Pike North (Route 16):

  • Go to the Portsmouth traffic circle and take the first exit towards I-95 North
  • Take Exit 7 towards downtown Portsmouth and follow the directions above.
