From I-95:

• Get off exit 7 towards downtown Portsmouth
• At the bottom of the ramp take a right (unless you were coming from Maine, in which case take a left)
• Get into the left lane and go straight ahead to your first stop sign
• Turn right onto Hanover Street
• On the left is the Portsmouth parking lot
• Inner Visions is on the right at the corner of Hanover Street and High Street
• The entrance is on Hanover Street
• The sign says “Betty Lipton” with an arrow pointing to the entramce
• The building is dark green, next to the candy store, Mainly Gourmet  

From the Spaulding Turn Pike North (Route 16):

• Go to the Portsmouth traffic circle and take the first exit towards I-95 North
• Take Exit 7 towards downtown Portsmouth and follow the directions above.
